Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Working Days)
    Orders are usually sent via Yodel.
    If Yodel is unavailable for your area, we may use Evri or Royal Mail as an alternative.

  • Premium / Next Day Shipping (24–48 Hours)
    Sent via DPD for fast and reliable delivery.

  • Store Collection
    You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready to collect.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays. If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting our Premium / Next Day option.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order:

  • 1–2kg – £3.99

  • 2–5kg – £5.99

  • 5–10kg – £6.99

Standard delivery is usually sent via Yodel. If unavailable, we may use Evri or Royal Mail.

⚡ Premium Delivery (24–48 Hours)

  • Flat rate of £9.99

Premium delivery can be selected instead of Standard Shipping at checkout, regardless of order weight.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:

  • Leave it in a safe place
  • Leave it with a neighbour
  • Attempt redelivery
  • Leave instructions for rearranging delivery

Please check your tracking information for updates. Please contact the courier first before contacting us regarding any missed parcels.

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally happen during busy periods or due to courier issues.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate for you.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll look into the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

We begin processing orders quickly, so once your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or amend it.

If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our returns process once it arrives.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

You can use the tracking link provided to follow your parcel’s journey directly on the courier’s website (Yodel, Evri, Royal Mail, or DPD, depending on the service selected).

If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened treats, personalised items, or used products. If you’re unsure, just get in touch — we’re happy to help.

 

We understand that every pet is different. If the product is unused and in its original packaging, it may be eligible for return in line with our returns policy. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
